Problem

Instructional design teams producing certification training content (Q&A, assessments, articles) had to manually turn raw source material, like interview transcripts and reference guides, into structured learning content and exam questions.

Solution

Built an AI co-pilot for content teams with a source library organized by course code, a 3-step interview-to-Q&A pipeline (load & clean transcript, select blocks, edit & publish), and an Item Bank for authoring exam questions with stems and distractors. A source-material-aware AI chat assistant inside the editor helps draft and refine content grounded in the team's own uploaded reference material.
